How do I send it straight to the person I am gifting?

Can I include a gift message?
We do not print notes or messages in the package. Instead, make a free reveal card on our gift page: pick the design, add To, From and a short message, then share the link or print it.
What if I do not know their phone model?
Each design is made to order for one exact model, so check before you order — a quick look at their phone settings, or a casual question, does it. Use the "not sure yet" option in the gift finder to browse designs first.
How fast does it ship?
Cases are made to order and ship within 48 business hours. Delivery time depends on the carrier, so we do not promise specific delivery dates.
What if they want a different design or it does not fit?
